30-Day Returns
No Questions Asked
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your frame within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The frame should be returned with its original case and accessories.
- The frame should not have been intentionally damaged or altered.
Normal inspection and trial use are completely acceptable.

Every frame is protected by our 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty.
We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship and are committed to helping your eyewear remain in excellent condition for years to come.
Complimentary Repairs
For five years from the date of purchase, we will provide complimentary repairs for issues arising from:
- Daily wear and tear
- Loose hinges
- Temple adjustments
- Surface refinishing
- Minor frame corrections
- Fit adjustments
- General maintenance
We believe fine eyewear should be maintained rather than replaced.
Natural Aging
Buffalo horn is a natural material that develops character over time.
Subtle changes in appearance, grain expression, and patina are a normal and desirable part of the material's evolution and do not affect the performance or integrity of the frame.
What's Not Covered
While we strive to help wherever possible, the following may not be eligible for complimentary repair:
- Deliberate damage
- Loss or theft
- Severe accidental destruction beyond repair
- Unauthorized modifications performed by third parties
If a repair falls outside warranty coverage, we will always provide guidance on available options.
How Repairs Work
Step 1
Contact our client services team with:
- Order number
- Photographs of the frame
- Description of the issue
Step 2
Our team will assess the request and provide instructions for sending the frame to us.
Step 3
Once received, the frame will be inspected and repaired by our craftsmen.
Step 4
The repaired frame will be returned to you.
